Comment faire un roulé à la fraise
Voici l'explication... mais c'est tout en anglais. Bon courage !
Preparation time : 30 min
Cooking time : 10 min
Ingredients:
- 2 eggs
- 60g sugar
- 60 g flour
- 1 bag vanilla sugar
- 1 tsp yeast
- 125g strawberry jam
- Powered sugar
• Preheat the oven to 210 °C.
•Separate the egg whites and yolks
• In a big bowl mix the yolks with sugars
. Add little by little the flour and the yeast
• Whip the whites and mix them slowly in the big bowl
. Spray butter on a sheet of aluminum foil put it in a baking dish and spill over the dough
. Bake 10mn and roll the biscuit in the paper to cool off the oven
• When the biscuit is cool take the aluminum foil off and spray strawberry jelly on the cake
• Spray powered sugar on top
• Cut the edges for a clean look
