Comment faire un roulé à la fraise

Roulé fraise

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Voici l'explication... mais c'est tout en anglais. Bon courage !

Preparation time : 30 min

Cooking time : 10 min

Ingredients:

- 2 eggs

- 60g sugar

- 60 g flour

- 1 bag vanilla sugar

- 1 tsp yeast

- 125g strawberry jam

- Powered sugar

RECIPE

Preheat the oven to 210 °C.

Separate the egg whites and yolks

In a big bowl mix the yolks with sugars

. Add little by little the flour and the yeast

Whip the whites and mix them slowly in the big bowl

. Spray butter on a sheet of aluminum foil put it in a baking dish and spill over the dough

. Bake 10mn and roll the biscuit in the paper to cool off the oven

When the biscuit is cool take the aluminum foil off and spray strawberry jelly on the cake

• Spray powered sugar on top

Cut the edges for a clean look
